We've been together since November, 2004, and we met on Joel's uncle Darryl's choir trip to London. We currently live in Austin, in a house pretty close to the UT campus.

Joel works at the law firm Meyertons, Hood, Kivlin, Kowert & Goetzel writing and prosecuting patents. Elly is going to UT full-time to get her graduate degree in Information Science.
